Perched above a lava-rock cove, this villa was built around the view — floor-to-ceiling glass in the great room, a wraparound lanai and an infinity pool that melts into the Pacific at sunset. Four suites each have their own bath and outdoor shower, so eight guests never queue and never compromise on privacy.

Days here run on island time: snorkel with turtles before breakfast, grill the catch on the lanai barbecue, and fall asleep to the surf. Wailea's beaches, golf and shops are five minutes down the coast road.
